Prosecutors say 18-year-old Jesse Moore broke into one victim's home near the University of Tulsa last month and attempted to rape her, but he ran off after she bit him. Police say surveillance video helped track him down. Police say Moore was also spotted looking into the windows of a woman's home in South Tulsa back in October. On one occasion, police say he broke into that woman's home but fled when her 12-year-old son started screaming.

Moore is still in the Tulsa County Jail and is scheduled to be in court on Wednesday.
