3 People In Custody After Apparent Road Rage Incident, Police Say

Three people are in police custody this morning accused of pointing a gun at a man after an apparent road rage incident. According to Tulsa Police Officers, a man called 911 and said three people in a van were chasing him and he was trying to get away. When officers got to the scene near East 31st Street and South Memorial Drive, they said the van was gone.

Three people are in police custody this morning accused of pointing a gun at a man after an apparent road rage incident.

According to Tulsa Police Officers, a man called 911 and said three people in a van were chasing him and he was trying to get away.

When officers got to the scene near East 31st Street and South Memorial Drive, they said the van was gone.

Police said that an undercover police officer spotted the van getting on the Broken Arrow Expressway, the officer said the suspects pulled over and one suspect, who they later identified as Jesse Allen, got out of the van and stood in the middle of the highway.

Officers said the van then took off a second time with two women inside, police identified the suspects as Brenda Vega and Jennifer Nunley.

Officers were able to stop them further down the highway and found a loaded pistol and parts of another gun inside the van.

Allen and Vega were arrested for pointing a deadly weapon.

Allen and Nunley were arrested for possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.
