The Oklahoma Attorney General’s office filed first-degree murder charges against a man accused of selling fake oxycodone pills that led to a woman’s death.

Court documents said Jerry LeFlore sold the pills that contained a more powerful drug Fentanyl. Documents said two women bought the pills at LeFlore’s apartment, took them and by the time they got to the parking lot, had passed out. One of them died.
