Green Country Man Sentenced To Prison For Making Indecent Proposals To A Child

A Green Country man has been sentenced to prison for indecent exposure to a child and making lewd/indecent proposals to a child.

Court records show Drake Dugan pleaded guilty last week to six child sex crimes.

Tulsa police arrested Dugan in July of 2019 after investigators said he talked with an undercover officer, who Dugan thought was a 14-year-old girl, on a messaging app

The arrest report said Dugan sent several nude pictures, said he wanted to have sex, asked where the "girl" lived and asked if she would meet him in Owasso.

A judge sentenced Dugan to nine years in prison.

Court records show once released Dugan will go on probation, he will have to register as a sex offender and get psycho-sexual counseling. He also will not be allowed to use the internet for two years and after that, he will have to get permission from his probation officer to do so.
