Ramona police have taken a man with felony warrants into custody after he refused to climb down from a tree for nearly six hours.
Police said the suspect was in the tree since 4 p.m. Tuesday and officials were able to get him down just before 10 p.m.
Officials said the suspect has felony warrants for assault and battery on a medical technician in Okmulgee County.
They said a Washington County negotiator is on the scene.
This is a developing story.
