Amazing Oklahomans: The Hugs Project

Thursday’s amazing Oklahomans are a group dedicated to helping veterans around the state.

Ray and Karen Stark founded the Hugs Project in 2004. Right now, they have been raising money to buy emergency solar lights for homeless veterans, so they don’t have to spend the night in the dark.
