The crash happened just after 12:30 p.m. Sunday on the 6400 block of South 209th West Avenue in Creek County.

According to OHP, the vehicle traveled southbound when it departed the roadway for an unknown reason. The vehicle then struck a tree.

The woman, identified as 24-year-old Hayle Burr of Tulsa, suffered trunk injuries. Burr was transferred to St. Francis Hospital but she died on the way to the hospital.
