Amazing Oklahoman: Moira Turner

Wednesday’s amazing Oklahoman runs an animal rescue with a mission to save blind and deaf dogs.

Moria Turner founded Happy Trails Animal Rescue in 2019.

The organization has grown quickly, and they’ve rescued more than 150 blind and deaf dogs so far. She and her employees help teach the dogs basic sign language or touch training so they can be adopted.
