Broken Arrow's Floral Haven Cemetery Begins Memorial Day Weekend Events

Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow has already begun its weekend of events in honor of Memorial Day.

More than 4,000 veteran casket flags were raised Friday by local JROTC programs and cemetery staff. A Memorial Observance ceremony is set planned for Saturday Today as well as another flag-raising.

The names of the veterans buried at Floral Haven will be read during a roll call all weekend.

On Monday afternoon at the cemetery will observe one minute of silence for fallen veterans at 3 p.m.
