TPD: Suspect In Custody After Double Stabbing At Tulsa Gym

Tulsa police say a suspect in custody after a double stabbing that took place at a gym located near East 31st Street and South Memorial Drive on Wednesday morning.

Police say the call first came in around 7:05 a.m. According to police, three people got into a fight at the Beyond the Gym. Police said that during the fight, an employee and a patron of the business were stabbed.

Police said one victim was stabbed in the back and the thigh, the second victim suffered two stab wounds to the thigh.

Officers on the scene said that the two victims ran away and got help nearby.

Both victims are expected to recover from their injuries.

Police arrested the suspect down the road following the incident.
