Veteran Salute: Bill Howard

We're continuing to recognize veterans across Oklahoma who are making a BIG difference in their communities. This afternoon we are honoring Army Reserve veteran Bill Howard.

Bill served 35-years in the Reserves and was Commandant of the Drill Sergeant School. Family and friends say Bill was a humble leader in whatever role he was serving.
