WANTED: Tulsa Man Accused Of Driving While High, Killing Woman In Crash

Tulsa police are looking for a man accused of driving while high and causing a deadly wreck earlier this month.

A judge has issued an arrest warrant for James Cato, who is charged with first-degree manslaughter and Driving Under the Influence. Police say he was driving on 21st near Memorial when he crashed into another driver head-on. Linda Dalley was killed in that crash.

Cato was taken to the hospital, but police say he was discharged before charges were filed. Officers say he admitted to being high on marijuana at the time of the crash.
