Tulsa Police have identified the man who was killed in a motorcycle crash early Wednesday morning near downtown Tulsa. Police said high speed and inexperience have been determined as the cause of the wreck.
Police identified the victim as 22-year-old Christopher Miller. They said Miller was heading westbound on 1st Street and got on to the eastbound I-244 ramp.
According to investigators, Miller was traveling too fast and ran into a concrete side rail. Police said he was thrown from the motorcycle over the side of the bridge and landed onto a concrete embankment.
Tulsa Police said the motorcycle went around the ramp and ended up about 100 yards away from the victim.
