Tulsa County Prosecutors Charge Woman Who Condoned Sexual Abuse Of 12-Year-Old Girl

Tulsa County prosecutors have charged a woman they say allowed a young girl to be sexually abused and who later became pregnant.

According to investigators, Desiree Castaneda knew 24-year-old Juan Miranda-Jara was having sex with the girl, even providing him condoms.

Prosecutors charged Miranda-Jara with rape last week after he took the girl to the hospital when she went into labor.
