News On 6’s Tess Maune Throws First Pitch For ‘Tulsa Noodlers’ Game

The Drillers temporarily changed their name to recognize the deeply-rooted Oklahoma sport of noodling and our own Tess Maune got to throw the first pitch.

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Thursday night was the first game for the “Tulsa Noodlers” at ONEOK Field.

The Drillers temporarily changed their name to recognize the deeply-rooted Oklahoma sport of noodling.

Our own Tess Maune threw out the first pitch at Thursday’s game.

The “Noodlers” will be playing at ONEOK Field every night from Thursday through Sunday. There are also giveaways, new merchandise and of course, lots of catfish for sale at the concession stands.
