Subject Of Body Recovery Effort In Arkansas River Found To Be Alive

Tulsa Police and firefighters were working to recover a body after it was found washed up on a sandbar near 71st and Riverside when the subject got up and walked away.

Tulsa Police say the man appeared to be okay, the investigation is closed.
