2 cups de veined cleaned shrimp 26/30 size shrimp
1\2 cup diced onion
1 diced Roma tomato
1 diced jalapeno
1 oz chopped cilantro
(¼ cup mango optional)
¼ spoon salt
¼ spoon garlic powder
3 oz ketchup
Saltine crackers or tostada
Boiled shrimp till bright pink, ice cool
Mix ingredients into a large bowl
Add salt to desired taste
Spread over tostada for a refreshing summer snack, gluten-free
