TPD Officer Gets Engaged At Blake Shelton Concert

Aurash Zarkeshan, a Tulsa police officer who was shot during a traffic stop last year, got engaged to his girlfriend during Blake Shelton's concert Friday night. Zarkeshan was already a special guest of Shelton's for the concert.
