Hazmat crews were called to the scene of a rollover crash on Friday morning near 46th Street North and Highway 169.

According to the Tulsa Fire Department, the truck was carrying a shrink-wrapped pellet form of zinc anhydrous chloride, officials say this chemical could produce heat or gas when exposed to water.

Hazmat crews have been called to the scene to clean up the hazardous material and a 75-foot perimeter has been set up around the crash.

Crews are now monitoring the scene for any reactions using heat guns.

Emergency crews have closed the southbound US-169 exit ramp at 46th Street North while crews work to clear the scene.

Currently, it is unclear what caused the crash, but fire officials say no one was injured.
