Man Arrested After Breaking Into Truck At Best Western In Catoosa

Tulsa Police arrested a man who they say broke into a truck, then stole tools and a gun.

Officers were called to the Best Western near Admiral and County Line Road in Catoosa around 10 a.m. Sunday morning.

Police say they saw Kyle Smith breaking into the victim's truck.

They say Smith used a hammer to break the truck's back glass window to steal from it.

Officers arrested Smith for having a gun as a felon and second-degree burglary.

Records show Smith was released from the Rogers County Jail on Thursday.
