Halloween Spending Expected To Hit Record High This Year

Health officials declared trick-or-treating outdoors safe this year and Halloween spending is expected to hit a record high in 2021.

The National Retail Federation predicts shoppers will spend more than $10 billion this year as people return to their holiday traditions.
