Oklahoma set a new record this week for COVID-19 cases.
On Monday, the State Health Department reported more than 28,000 new cases over a three-day period.
In Tulsa County, most zip codes are in the "severe to extreme" risk category, citing more than 1,400 new cases in the first week of January.
