Tulsa Police Investigate After Teen Injured In Overnight Shooting

A teen is recovering in the hospital after he was shot in the early morning hours on Thursday, according to Tulsa police.

Police say officers were dispatched to a shooting near East Apache Street and North Harvard Avenue around 1 a.m.

When police arrived on scene, they found a 17-year-old inside of a home with a gunshot wound.

The teen was transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for his injuries.

Police say numerous shell casings from at least two firearms were located outside the home.

Officers say they spoke with several witnesses and are still unsure of what happened.

Police say they do not have information on a possible suspect.
