Woman Hospitalized After She Was Struck, Dragged At QuikTrip Parking Lot

A woman was hit and dragged for an unknown distance after walking out of a gas station, Tulsa police said.

The incident happened around 8:30 a.m. at the QuikTrip on North Peoria Avenue near East Pine Street.

Police said the driver of a dump truck didn't see the woman as she was struck exiting the convenience store. The woman went under the truck, but she did not make any contact with the truck's tires.

The woman was rushed to the hospital with broken legs.

The driver of the truck was talking to officers at the scene.
