Claremore Church Serving As Warming Shelter

Claremore's First United Methodist Church announced that they are open and will serve as a warming shelter for anyone seeking shelter from the cold.

Officials say the warming shelter is located on the north side of the building and be open until at least 8 am on Thursday. Pets are welcome at the shelter and the following items will be available.

1. Cots
2. blankets
3. towels
4. showers
5. snacks
6. hot pockets
7. soups
8. water.
