Man Arrested After Police Say He Broke Into Woman's Apartment

A man is in jail after Tulsa Police say he broke into a woman's apartment and threatened her in the middle of the night.

Police said the woman was sleeping on her couch when Thomas Funkhouser, who she did not know, banged on her door around 2 a.m. on February 8.

They said she ran to the bathroom to call police and that's when he kicked in the door.

Police found Funkhouser trying to leave the complex near 71st and Riverside and arrested him.
