A fire at the Red River Apartments near 71st and Riverside injured two people Friday morning, according to the Tulsa Fire Department.
The two people were treated by fire medics, at the scene, and TFD says they're going to be okay. The apartment building has 16 units in it, and while only two were on fire, three others have smoke and water damage. One man who lived at the complex was in a wheelchair, and blind, but he got out. Firefighters arrived in the heavy snow to find everyone outside, but the fire burning up from the bottom floor.
The fire department has not determined the cause of the fire yet. The apartment complex is helping residents find a place to stay.
