Tulsa Woman Arrested In Hit-And-Run At Gas Station

Tulsa police arrested a woman who they said was driving a friend's car without permission and hit another car in a gas station parking lot.

Officers said Makayla Thomas hit a car in the QuikTrip parking lot Sunday morning near Interstate 244 and Sheridan.

The owner of that car followed her to a house where officers showed up on scene.

Police searched Thomas and said they found a container of pills and powder that tested positive for ecstasy.

Authorities said she also had more than $200 in cash.

Officers arrested Thomas for possession, hit and run and unauthorized use of a car.
