Tulsa police are searching for four teenagers who officers say crashed a stolen vehicle on Monday morning.
According to police, it started around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday night after officers received a call about a stolen car. Police say the owner noticed that 4 teens were inside of the vehicle driving it around on Monday morning and began following them.
According to police the stolen vehicle eventually crashed into a minivan near 46th Street North and North Peoria. The owner of the stolen vehicle confronted the individuals who were driving his car and police say that was when a gun was pulled on the car theft victim by the group in the car. Police say all four then fled the scene.
“When he tried to get out and confront the suspects they pulled a gun on him and the suspects also hit another car. We have a possible known address of where the suspects are and who they possibly are,” said TPD Officer Kaleb Bethel.
Currently, it is unclear if any arrests have been made.
