'Lucky Break' Event Downtown Raising Money For Brain Injury Recovery

An event raising money for the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation wrapped up in Downtown Tulsa on Saturday.

The 'Lucky Break' event at the Hunt Club encouraged people to smash cement shamrocks to raise money.

The Foundation was created by Chris Lieberman and Kim Hann after Lieberman fell off a ladder in 2016 and got a brain injury.

Lieberman and Hann now raise money to help others with similar injuries.

"People just don't realize how many people have brain and spinal cord injuries. I sure didn't until I had mine," said Chris Lieberman with the Brain Injury Recovery Foundation.
