Police Arrest Alleged Tulsa Burglary Suspect After Neighbor Holds Him Down With Bat

Tulsa Police arrested a burglary suspect thanks to some help from a neighbor who held him with a bat until officers arrived.

The neighbor told police he saw two people walk down the street near 21st and Utica and to the back of his neighbor's house.

That neighbor then called another neighbor who videotaped the two suspects trying to pry open a window.

Officers arrested Combs Whitaker and said another man escaped before police arrived.
