Tulsa Police Arrest Man That They Say Admitted To Raping 12-Year-Old Girl

A man is in jail after Tulsa Police said he admitted to raping a 12-year-old girl.

Officers arrested Carl Ruff on a warrant Tuesday.

The girl told investigators Ruff picked her up from her grandparents house and drove her to his home where he raped her.

Investigators said Ruff talked with the victim through Facebook.
