A lawsuit has been filed against the Oklahoma City Police Department for allegedly targeting an Oklahoma man.

Saadiq Long claims officers have targeted him five times over the last two months, and two weeks ago they held him at gunpoint.

The U.S. Air Force veteran made international headlines back in 2012 after he was put on the federal no-fly list and labeled as an ISIS fighter, despite never being convicted of a crime.

The McAlester native was living in Qatar at the time, and it initially prevented him from flying to his home country to visit his sick mother.

Saadiq's lawyers said that the FBI watch list still haunts him because every time he drives past one of Oklahoma’s automated license plate readers, officers get an alert.

CAIR Oklahoma is now filing an emergency motion in federal court to stop what they said is unconstitutional targeting by the Oklahoma City Police Department.

They're also suing all 17 officers involved in the recent incidents, along with Chief Wade Gourley.

News 9 reached out to the department for comment, however they are unable to respond due to pending litigation.
