2 Arrested In Attempted Prison Drop At Osage County Prison

Osage County deputies say they stopped a prison drop at Dick Conner Correctional Facility.

According to OCSO, Justin Haulcomb, and Ignacio Lopez were apprehended after one of them was spotted in a field near the prison on Sunday. Deputies say the men were wearing all-black clothing and had painted over the hoodie logo to help hide. A K-9 unit then found the package of cell phones, alcohol, and more than a pound of drugs.

Deputies say this is at least the second drop bust at that prison in less than a month.
