Tulsa Police Captain Graduates From FBI National Academy

A Tulsa Police Captain is now a graduate of the FBI Academy.

Captain Jill Phippen is one of 247 new graduates from 47 states.

The academy is 10 weeks long and less than 1% of officers across the county get the opportunity to attend the program.

Captain Phippen is the 31st FBI Academy Graduate from the Tulsa Police Department.
