Tulsa Man Accused Of Eluding Officers With Help Of Police Scanner

Tulsa Police arrested a man they say tried to get away from officers after listening to police scanners.

Officers said last month they received a call about a man in a car with a gun near 41st Street North and Delaware. When officers turned their sirens on, the driver sped away into oncoming traffic to try and get away until he crashed into a ditch near Apache and Harvard.

Police say Braden Green ran off but officers found him in an abandoned house nearby. They say they also found a gun, scale, drugs, and a phone with a police scanner app open in the car.
