Attorney General Drummond Sues Biden Administration Over Rule Listing Prairie Chicken As Endangered Species

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond is suing the Biden Administration.

The lawsuit involves a rule by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that lists the lesser prairie chicken as an endangered species.

Attorney General Drummond says the ruling is a threat to Oklahoma's economy, by hindering pipeline development, oil drilling and wind farms.

The federal designation for the prairie chicken took effect last week.
