Woman Dies After Falling Off Motorcycle In Tulsa

A woman is dead after she fell from the back of a motorcycle in Tulsa Early Saturday morning.

According to police, the accident happened near East Pine Street and North Utica Avenue.

Police say the woman was riding as a passenger on the back of a motorcycle. Police say the motorcycle driver told officers that it had just begun to rain when she fell from the motorcycle and hit her head on the pavement.

According to Police, the driver of the motorcycle stayed with the woman on the scene until help arrived and left the scene shortly after.

The woman was transported to a hospital in Tulsa where she later died from her injuries at around 1 a.m.

Authorities have not yet identified the woman.
