Broken Arrow City Councilor Resigns

Broken Arrow City Councilor Joe Franco is resigning from his position.

In a letter to city hall, the councilor for Ward 4 said recent personal circumstances are the reason for his resignation.

Franco had just been elected to the seat in April.

The city council will discuss how they will fill the council seat at their regular meeting on Tuesday.
