EPA Grant Awarded To Tulsa To Clean, Develop Brownfield Sites

The EPA is awarding the City of Tulsa $900,000 from its "Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund."

Brownfield sites are areas that are abandoned because of environmental problems.

Several sites in Tulsa that were Brownfield sites include the USA BMX site, Hyatt Place Downtown, Guthrie Green and BOK Center.

The grant money will be distributed to projects to clean up and develop current Brownfield sites.
