New Program At DOC Facilities Offers Non-Violent Offenders The Opportunity To Rebuild Their Lives

A new program at several State Department of Corrections (DOC) is giving non-violent offenders the opportunity to rebuild their lives.

The Career Tech Skills Center Program is currently at 17 DOC facilities and more than 2,000 inmates are enrolled in the program.

The Deputy Director of the program says they see a 95% success rate for job placement.
