Heat Dome Builds, Weekend Cold Front

Heat advisories are out across the state once again with highs ranging from 100 to 108 for Monday. Heat indices could top 110.

Stay hydrated and take plenty of breaks if you have to be out during peak heating hours.

This heat wave continues through the end of the workweek. Lows will be in the mid and upper 70s with highs in the upper 90s and low 100s. 

Finally, by the weekend, a cold front will move through.

This system will bring us a north breeze and increase the Jetstream winds aloft. So not only will we cool off some, we have an opportunity for storms again.
