One person has been detained and arrested by Tulsa Police after causing damage to two businesses and stealing from one on Sunday morning.

Tulsa Police said they responded to a QuikTrip located near Admiral Place and Harvard Avenue when a suspect used a pipe to smash two doors to beer coolers and stole beer.

The suspect fled in a silver Land Rover; two hours later, the same suspect drove the same car into and through the front of a Reasor's located at 15th Street and South Lewis Avenue, according to TPD.

Officers arrived on the scene and detained Jose Silverio.

He was arrested on charges of felony vandalism and petit larceny for the damage to the QuikTrip.

Additional charges regarding the collision into Reasor's and his state at that time are pending investigation.
