Some people were in Downtown Tulsa celebrating the spooky side of the holiday season on Saturday.

It's all for the Tulsa Krampus Society's 9th annual Krampus Walk.

People dressed up in their most creative and scary costumes in honor of Krampus, who's known s the mischievous counterpart to Santa Claus.

"We also incorporate a lot of other characters from Christmas folklore that aren't necessarily the most common ones," said participant Eric Breitenbach. "We have our Grinches, I, myself, prefer to do the ghost of Christmas present."

The event is also supporting a good cause, with a portion of ticket sales going toward Toys for Tots.
