Man Gets Hit By Car, Dies Following Stabbing Incident At Tulsa Gas Station

A man who stabbed a Good Samaritan inside a QuikTrip is dead after being hit by a car, according to Tulsa Police.

The 38-year-old was acting erratic Sunday morning inside a QuikTrip near Admiral and Sheridan, police said.

Witnesses said he was armed with a knife and cut his toe off.

Someone in the store took the knife away from the man, but he got it back and then stabbed that Good Samaritan, police said. That person was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK, police said.

The suspect then walked into traffic and laid down in the street and was ran over by a sedan, according to police.

He later died at the hospital, police said. His name has not been released.
