Police Searching For Man Accused Of Fatal Shooting Outside Tulsa Bank In November

Law enforcement is seeking help locating a man wanted for murder in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police and the U.S. Marshals said Kelvin Boelen and DeAndre Marsalis tried to rob Mikaleb Fitzgerald-White at a bank near 31st and Mingo back in November.

Fitzgerald-White was shot and killed.

Authorities are offering reward money for the capture of Boelen.

News On 6 captured Marsalis as he was being booked wearing a full-body suit, which is common to protect evidence.

Marsalis is in jail facing a first-degree murder charge.
