A star-studded lineup of car customizers and TV personalities are in Tulsa this weekend for the Starbird Car Show.

It is said to be the largest car show in the Midwest.

"When you get out here you will see that we are wall to wall, corner to corner, full of cars," said show promoter Brice Bledsoe.

It is the 60th annual show in Tulsa and is being held inside the SageNet Center at Expo Square February 16-18.

"We try to have a little bit of something for everyone," Bledsoe said. "We do not have a timeframe or a certain kind of car, you will find everything from Lowriders, to 4x4's, to million-dollar Hot Rods."

The Starbird Car Show puts a special emphasis on custom cars which is a nod to its producer and customer car builder Darryl Starbird. He plans to make an appearance at the Tulsa show to sign autographs alongside other custom car legends like Richard Rawlings, Heather Storm, Von Hot Rod, John D'Agostino, and Jon Kosmoski.

The show also features a special tribute to Evel Knievel with three of his original stunt vehicles. 50 years ago the daredevil legend jumped over 10 Mac trucks at Tulsa International Raceway.

However, Bledsoe said this is more than a car show. "While we do say that the cars are the stars, we do have plenty else going on for people to enjoy," he said.

The Live Action Arena will host a freestyle show, demolition derby, motorcycle stunt show, and monster truck rides. The full schedule of events can be found HERE.

The Starbird Car Show is open on Friday from noon to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are $28 for adults, $18 for those 13-15 years old, and children 12 and under get in free.
