Paris takes on New York City!
The Tulsa 2nd grader is the first black girl to win the national title "Tiny Miss Princess of America." As part of her prize package, she was given the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to walk in New York Fashion Week.

"She got the opportunity, along with all her other sister queens, to go walk for fashion designer Ava Presley who was their opening number dress national sponsor," said Paris' mother Shavonda Pannell.
The big city can make some feel small, but not 7-year-old Paris Epps. She said, "I saw the Statue of Liberty and then we saw the Empire State Building which is one of the tallest buildings in the world, then my favorite part was the American Girl doll store."
Paris made the trip with her mom and her brother Jordan.
"This was our first time going together and I am so glad to have experienced that with them because we had a blast," said Shavonda.
The highlight of the trip was, of course, seeing her little princess on the biggest runway in America.
"Honestly, nothing that she does surprises me, but I was shocked when I saw her up there fierce like that and just sassy and confident as can be," Shavonda continued saying, "At the same time there is nothing that this girl cannot do, so I was extremely proud."
Paris was the youngest model in the Ava Presley show, but she said that did not intimidate her.
"I am never nervous because when I walk, I feel like I am very confident," said Paris.
She practiced her strut every day in her living room.
"We would put tape down on the floor and let her just kind of walk the runway," Shavonda said.
"I was just practicing every day in my heels and then when I got to New York I just did perfect," said Paris.
Her motivation behind it is to set the example for other little girls to follow big dreams.
"If I can do it, others can do it too," said Paris.
The next opportunity Paris has to look forward to is a cruise with her sister queens in June.
