Cleveland Man Arrested, Accused Of Killing Brother

A Cleveland man is in jail Monday night, accused of killing his brother.

Police say Harold Patton got into a fight with his brother Jessie Sunday morning.

They say Harold put his brother in a choke hold for about five minutes.

Officers say when they got there, Jessie Patton wasn't breathing, and his girlfriend was doing CPR.

Harold Patton faces a second-degree murder charge.
