A fatal multi-vehicle crash has closed the westbound lanes of East 71st at South Yale Ave in Tulsa, resulting in several injuries and at least one death.

The intersection of 71st and Yale has been partially closed because of a fatal crash involving multiple vehicles.

According to Tulsa Police, at least two vehicles were involved in the crash. The department is reporting multiple injuries and at least one death at the scene. Police said that one car was headed south and another headed west when they collided in the intersection. During the crash, the cars hit two people standing in the median at the intersection.

Police closed down the westbound lanes of East 71st at South Yale Ave.
